- To manage and prepare all the cost estimates for tender projects.
- To manage and prepare all the claims, sub-con and payment for on-going projects.
- Prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Certify and evaluate progress work done for both sub-con and main-con works.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by director.
- Bachelor Degree or Min NTC / Diploma Holder in Quantity Surveying/Building services.
- Applicant with M&E Quantity Surveying experience will be an added advantage, and Salary negotiable.
