Quantity Surveyor (M&E / Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Support project management in handling tender submissions, including quantity take-off and cost estimation.

• Review and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Prepare, check, and verify bills of quantities and cost documentation.

• Track project variations, claims, and progress payment applications.

• Ensure all works align with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

• Prepare cost estimates for variation orders when required.

• Liaise with suppliers on product, service presentations, and technical clarification.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on documentation, billing, and quantity matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical or Electrical Engineering.

• 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.

• Experience in the subcontractor environment is an added advantage.
