Responsibilities:
- In charge of preparing and reviewing cost estimates, and budgets.
- Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims
- Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Responsible in assisting in contract negotiation and administration
- In charge of tracking project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaising with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Building Services/ Quantity Surveying or related field
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure works
- Familiar with Singapore LTA contracts
