QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Take off quantities for tender and ongoing projects
• Attend client meetings and site visits to confirm measurements
• Prepare and submit claims on time
• Update and track drawings to ensure timely and accurate information
• Follow up closely on all quotations issued
• Maintain proper and complete sets of contract documents

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Familiar with AutoCAD and able to produce drawings
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
