QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects.
• Prepare for tender submission and follow-up with Tender Questionnaires reply and Interview.
• Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.
• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
• Other QS duties as assigned from time to time

Interior Fit-Out / Carpentry Works

• Perform quality checks to verify fabrication and installation of furniture/fixtures in accordance with construction drawings.
• Coordinate joinery and finishing works for interior fit-out.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Architectural, Building Construction, Landscaping Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably within the industry
• Independent, resourceful, willing to learn and organized with positive work attitude
• Familiar with construction cost and construction works
• 5 Days work week
