Quantity Surveyor

. Liaise with the Reporting Superior / Project Managers on project costing, variation works, and final accounts with consultants.

. Call for quotations and confirm scope of works with contractors.

. Attend site meetings and conduct site visits.

. Manage the full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including tendering, progress claims, and final account preparation.

. Cost control and maintained proper documentation

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

. Min candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage

. Strong communication and market pricing.

. Able to work independently and in a team environment

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
