Carry out Site visits for Joint measurement with clients for variation works.. Evaluation, verification and certification of sub contractor's claims.. Quantities take off as per standards and preparation of estimate for tenders.. Preparation of material Reconciliation statements.. Evaluation of Rates and issuance of Purchase order for Bulk material procurements.. Liaison with client's contract team and attend meetings for the payment related issues.. Assist the Project /site manager with contractual matters.. Support the site team in Preparation of method statement and Risk assessment.
