Handle progress claims/variation orders/settlement of final accounts
Ensure proper documentation of all records and claims be submitted and certified on time
Monitor and ensure delivery of materials are in accordance with contractual requirements
Work closely with the project team and senior QS in the analysis, evaluation and negotiations of quotations, to ensure timely submit of main contractors
Closing of final account for projects
Other ad-hoc quantity surveying duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in public/private ERSS projects
