Job Description
Job Description:
- Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation
- Preparation of tender & quotation submission and follow up with tender clarifications and interview
- Source quotation, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Attend site meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works
- Liaise with engineers and clients for tender clarifications
- Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
- Handle other assigned duties or related job as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction environment.
- Knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
