Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation
• Preparation of tender & quotation submission and follow up with tender clarifications and interview
• Source quotation, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Attend site meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works
• Liaise with engineers and clients for tender clarifications
• Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
• Handle other assigned duties or related job as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction environment.
• Knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
