Responsibilities
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
- Prepare tender submission
- Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manners
- Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or degree in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in Construction sector in Infrastructure project.
