Responsibilities:
. Prepare valuations for interim payments for sub-contractors and supplier including recommendations for payment.
. Measure variation of cost claims.
. Prepare progress claims on behalf of relevant parties.
. Prepare final accounts and/or relevant pricing variations.
. Responsible to oversee specific suppliers contract administration.
. Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.
. Prepare periodic cost reports.
. Place order for site procurement needs with designated suppliers.
. Assist with site documentation.
. Assist Director on other duties when required.
. Company is mainly involved in architectural works.
Requirements:
. At least Diploma in any construction related discipline.
. Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experiences in construction industry.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office, site measurement, and drawings.
. Responsible individual with effective communication skills and an eye for details.
