Company Profile

Julian Grey's client is an established construction company providing integrated building and project delivery solutions in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates and pricing for tender submissions.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and other tender-related cost documentation.
• Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, conduct price comparisons and compile costing summaries.
• Review project specifications and propose practical cost-optimisation measures.
• Support the project team in managing variation works, progress claims and overall cost control.
• Track project expenditure against the approved budget and planned work schedule.
• Verify completed works for progress assessment and evaluation of subcontractor claims.
• Administer project contracts and assist with the preparation and settlement of final accounts involving clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively within a project team.
