Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity take-offs
• Prepare and evaluate progress claims and variations
• Assist in contract administration and cost control
• Liaise with site team, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare basic reports and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of QS experience (Malaysia or Singapore experience acceptable)
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and written skills
