Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotation/tender and on-going projects with specific deadline.
• Liaise with suppliers /Sub-contractors and source for competitive quotation.
• Submission of monthly progress claim & variation order (VO).
• Evaluation of sub-contractors progress claim & variation order.
• Final account settlement with sub-contractors and clients.
• Contract documents administration.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience with building construction.
• Preferred experience in full QS role in precast / A1 Main-con.
• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office.
