About Us
We are an established and growing construction company involved in residential, commercial, and/or infrastructure projects specialising in Earth & Retaining Soil Stabilisation (ERSS).
Due to ongoing and upcoming projects, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to effective cost and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
- Manage tender processes, including evaluation and recommendations
- Monitor project costs, expenditures, and cash flow
- Assess progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Perform cost planning and value engineering
- Administer construction contracts and handle claims where necessary
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial summaries
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
Requirements
- Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
