Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Cost management of projects.
2. Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims.
3. Procurement of contractors and suppliers.
4. Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors.
5. Prepare, negotiate and agree final accounts.
6. Familiarize oneself with the use of internal reporting systems OA and SAP.
7. Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities.
8. Prepare Sub-Contract Documents.
9. Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications.
10. Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.
11. Attend meeting as and when required.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
2. At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English Proficiency in Chinese is a MUST, as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.
4. Willing to work 5.5days with alt Saturday.
5. Others: AWS, VB, Festival benefit, Monthly claimable allowance, Yearly Medical Check Up & etc.
