Key Responsibilites
- Conduct material take-offs and prepare tender submissions. - Prepare and manage progress claims and Variation Order (V.0.) claims. (V.O.) claims. - Issue payment certificates to subcontractors. - Participate in M&E tenders, including costing and contract administration. - Adjudication experience and familiarity with the Security of Payment (SOP) Act are advantageous. - Work independently with a proactive and resourceful approach, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership in completing tasks. - Confidently handle V.O. justifications and payment certification matters with main contrators. certification matters with main contractors.
