Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out / Renovation)

• Position : Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out / Renovation)

• Location : Toa Payoh Industrial (Bus stop nearby)

• Working hours : 5.5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm / Sat from 9am to 1pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $5000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Interior Fit-out Industry

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

• Prepare and analyse costing for tenders.

• Perform quantity take-off and source subcontractors and suppliers.

• Prepare and submit variation orders, cost claims and progress claims.

• Support procurement of materials and project-related items.

• Manage project timeline, cost control, rates and commercial negotiations.

• Administer contracts in accordance with agreed terms and conditions, including financial implications.

• Assist the Project Director, Project Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor with contractual matters, disputes and arbitration support.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the renovation or interior fit-out industry.

• Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.

• Good knowledge of tendering, costing, quantity take-off and contract administration.

• Detail-oriented with good documentation and cost control skills.
