Qualifications & experience
- Knowledge and experience in using basic AutoCAD and reading drawings.
- Well versed in contracts documentations including follow-up & submission of tenders
- Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant experience in Interiors Design building construction field.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Quantity taking off and cost comparison for main work trades, negotiate and analysis costs for tenders
- Take off quantities, compute costing, monitoring and maintaining the cost expenditure of the Project site assigned
- Prepare tender submission including bills of quantities and discuss with Manager for pricing.
- Source for quotation and administration of contracts obtaining sub-contractor's quotation for various trade
- Prepare monthly progress claim and cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required.
- Attend Site meeting for on-going project, Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the Client are delivered.
