Responsibilities:
- Familiar and able to understand general contracts and various tender documents.
- Able to provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.
- Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow up on bills and quantities
- To attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements.
- To reply tender clarification, preparation for tender interview and presentation
- Handle and follow up progress claims, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and clients
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Min 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
- Able to read architectural drawings
- Able to work under a tight timeline
- Computer skills - Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)
Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week (Mon-Sat)
