Quantity Surveyor
- Competent to comprehend the specification and contract documents
- Preparation of tender quotations, including taking-off, materials/subcontractors outsourcing, and costing locating new vendors and contractors
- Preparing process claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors analyzing and negotiating costs in the production of the tender BQ
- Ensuring cost control Quantity takeoff from drawings is measured, purchase orders are made, final accounts are prepared, paperwork is filed, and general administrative tasks are performed
Requirement
Building-related degree, diploma, or quantity surveying
two years of relevant experience working for the contractor
meticulous, analytical, and able to solve problems quickly and effectively. proactive, strong team player, and able to fulfill deadlines.
