Prepare contract documents, taking off quantities, providing cost and managing cost
Prepare tender document, calling quotations and evaluate tender submissions
Prepare quotations, and following up with Contractors
Prepare monthly progress claims and certification of subcontractor's claim
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in building, quantity surveying or construction related background
Minimum of 2 years experience in Electrical Construction Sector
Ability to work independently and well under pressure to meet crucial deadlines
Willingness to work overtime or weekend when required
Proficiency with MS Office application
Experience in electrical works industry is preferred
