Quantity Surveyor

• .Preparation of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors
• Preparation of subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order etc
• Quantity measurement and preparation of progress claims and variation claims to Client and Consultants
• Evaluation of subcontractor's progress claims, variation claim and recommend to team Manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlement
• Monitoring of subcontractors work progress and schedule
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of relevant site experience in Singapore building projects
• A good understanding of structural and architectural finishing works for building projects
• Well versed in PSSCOC
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
• Experience in a project for more than one hundred million dollars as a main contractor is mandatory
• Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam & AutoCAD
• Location : Punggol (Near MRT)
