Job Description

  • Reports to the Subcontracts Manager
  • Carry-out quantity take-off based on drawings
  • Processing of payments and payments related tasks
  • Review Subcontractor's payment claims and prepare payment response
  • Budgetary review of Subcontractor's claim issue
  • Manage Subcontract issues from time to time


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience as QS
  • Communication with Client/Subcon/Design/ Planning / Construction team to deal with contract issues
  • Negotiation with subcontractor for settlement
  • Continuous focus on site issues so the site progress will not be hindered by commercial issues
  • Self-motivated and Good Leadership
