Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, progress claims/payment, VOs & final accounts
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers on quotation and claims certification matters
• Be on top of the budget and expenditure of the projects under your charge
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience
• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
• Highly self-motivated individual who is able to work independently
