Responsibilities:
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and support procurement processes.
Support Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager in cost submissions, budgeting, and contract documentation.
Monitor project costs and assist in cost control, variation orders, and claims management.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and internal departments to gather information for costing and project administration.
Prepare supplier and subcontractor payment recommendation and related documentation.
Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meeting as required.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, correspondences, and project records.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor or construction management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
Good time management skill
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
