Responsibility:
Assist in reviewing tender documents, preparing BOQ and quotation.
Liaise with sub-contractors/supplier during quotation phase for pricing.
Conduct site surveying before or after when required.
Maintain and organised proper documentation.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Maintain / build rapport with clients and sub-contractor/supplier.
Basic Requirement:
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. (Other certifications with relevant experience can be considered).
Relevant working experience with minimum one(1) year in QS or construction cost management preferred.
Knowledge in medical renovation / renovation will be added advantages.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement software (AutoCAD preferred).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
