Job Responsibilities:
1. Study and review the tender documents, which include specifications, drawings, commercial requirements and technical requirements.
2. Attends to site meetings and tender show rounds as and when required.
3. Attend site visits and familiar with our project sites progress and clarification.
4. Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, materials and equipment.
5. Estimation of indirect costs.
6. Compile unit rates, construction equipment rates and other cost information requirement for the bid.
7. Compile realistic budgeting / costing analysis.
8. Assist in the preparation of tender summary for management review.
9. Prepare supporting information for the management during tender negotiation stage.
10. Assist the Project Manager in working out the quantities for variations and progress claims.
11. Prepare the post-contract transfer of documents.
12. Prepare monthly progress claim, vet/ recommend and prepare vendors payment certificate for management approval.
13. Work alongside Project Manager and planning department o prepare EOT notifications and related loss & expense claims.
14. To attend weekly/regular site walks and survey with clients/consultants for project-based QS positions.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years working experience
2. With experience in hospitality/commercial /institutional projects.
3. Possess a Degree/Diploma in Civil/Business/Construction Management.
4. Willing to learn and committed to accomplish datelines.
