- Assist in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular cost reports.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor claims and variations.
- Support senior QS in contract administration.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 3 years quantity surveying experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
- Knowledge of construction costing, contract management, and procurement.
- Proficiency in cost management software and reporting tools.
