Responsibilities
. Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project
. Liaise with construction/design team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
. Assist Project Contract Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order
. Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
. Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary
. Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payments
. Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
. Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
Requirements
. At least 3 years working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor
. Experience with LTA or building projects
. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
