OUR CLIENT

Our client is a renowned construction multinational corporation (MNC) with a strong presence in Singapore. They operate across various construction asset sectors, delivering premium products to their clients. The team takes pride in fostering a culture of growth and development. Currently, they are engaged in several large-scale HDB projects.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in Pre-Cast for the pre-contracts phase of projects. This role involves working on a diverse range of high-profile projects across Singapore.

The ideal candidate will bring prior Pre-Cast experience, particularly on HDB projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating effectively with team members during the pre-contracts phase
• Cost planning and quantification
• Preparing tender submissions
• Assisting in contract negotiations

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in HDB tenders
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of the construction industry in Singapore
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
