The job duties include: cost planning and budget management, bill of quantities preparation, evaluation document preparation and tender evaluation, quotation and bidding, claim submission (every two months), change order and report management, purchase orders, and final settlement. Workers are required to be proficient in computers and skilled in CAD drawing, able to independently complete construction drawings and as-built drawings. If applicable, on-site meetings will be required to inspect worker work objectives and review project progress.
