Job Responsibilities
. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and manage overall project cost control
. Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure cost and schedule objectives are met
. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify work completed
. Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure accurate coordination and reporting
. Prepare, interpret, and amend drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting software
. Assist in the preparation of contracts, reports, and project documentation
. Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines
. Relevant working experience is preferred (fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply)
. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
. Able to work 6 days per week and travel to construction sites when required
. Ability to communicate in Mandarin for work-related coordination with clients
. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
. Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
