Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Monitoring project costs and expenditures, and providing regular financial reports to project managers
Identifying and evaluating cost-saving opportunities throughout the construction process
Advising on contractual and commercial matters, and resolving any disputes that may arise
Collaborating with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects within budget and on time
What we're looking for
Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and financial reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and other relevant tools
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
