Quantity Surveyor (bungalow, General Building, Main Con, Ubi)
Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Prepare tenders, BOQs, and cost summaries.
Assess claims and monthly progress reports.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building with 2+ years in construction.
Independent, able to work under pressure.
