Job Description & Requirements
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
. Handle preparation and submission of progress claims/payment and variation orders of projects.
. Liaise with Clients on progress payments and VO matters.
. Evaluation and certification of suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments.
. Evaluates and verifies sub-contractors variation orders.
. Provide monthly update of project costing.
. Good knowledge of construction structural works measurement.
. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Operation Manager or above.
Requirements:
. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
. Required language(s): English (Able to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates is preferred)
. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
. Basic Knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD.
. Able to work independently or as a team with following deadline.
. Meticulous and Accuracy.
. Preferable for candidates who can start work immediately
- 5.5 days work week
