Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse cost comparisons and estimates
- Obtain quotations, and liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements
- Prepare Variation Orders (VO), claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payments
- Assist in cost control and contract administration
- Perform other quantity surveying-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
(e.g. Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, SIT, BCA Academy, NTU, NUS) - Good team player with a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and grow with the company
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- 5days work week
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens
