Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.
Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities by proposing alternative options
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
Ensure all cost proposals comply with client requirements.
Compile and submit complete costing documentation within required deadlines.
Maintain updated cost databases and supplier pricing records.
To upload documentation into the BC system for whichever awarded project.
Tender Review & Analysis - Examine all incoming tenders, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope, technical requirements, and commercial terms.
Cost Estimation & Pricing - Prepare accurate cost breakdowns covering materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors, and overheads to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination - Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value while meeting project specifications.
Commercial Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all cost proposals align with client requirements and maintain proper documentation for approvals and submission.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 2-3-year experience
Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
Dynamic 365 Business Central
