Remuneration: $4,000 - $5,000
JOB SCOPE
- Source sub-contractors and vendors for quotations during tendering
- Carry out quantity take-offs during tendering
- Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval prior to tender submission
- Prepare project cash flow statements
- Prepare and finalize subcontract documents (including all contract and technical requirements)
- Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedules
- Assist Project Manager with negotiation and award of sub-contracts
- Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors
- Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for variation orders (VO) for valuation
- Prepare monthly payment certificates and check invoices against delivery orders
- Prepare monthly reports (contractual matters), including updating and maintaining records for Architect Instructions, Variation Orders, sub-contractor approval lists, and monthly man-hour reports
- Prepare cost summary reports
- Update and maintain material price lists for each project
- Evaluate sub-contractors performance with the project team
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience (construction field)
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
