Job Description & Requirements
To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for all subcontract packages
. To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the Mechanical / Electrical contract's VO claim
. MUST BE ABLE to process monthly progress claim and final claim
. To attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for the project
. To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Mechanical / Electrical services
. To liaise with Consultants/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
. To liaise with suppliers for quotations
. To maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
Requirements:
. Possess Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
. Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&E construction industry not limited to shopping complexes, hotels, condominiums, office buildings, etc.
. Analytical, resourceful, independent, responsibility and able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
. Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
. Able to work independently
