Quantity Surveyor

ZLC is a Singaporean boutique interior renovator specializing in wetworks, carpentry, and Universal Design.

It also provides impartial site assessments, validations, and appraisals of existing interior conditions.

We are in pursuit of building beautiful homes and offices, and are constantly looking for passionate individuals to be part of our closely knitted team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions for landed development projects.

• Support the preparation of quotations for HDB projects.

• Perform taking-off and measurement of quantities from drawings.

• Prepare invoices for completed work and ensure accuracy of billed quantities.

• Assist with cost estimation, budgeting, and tracking project costs.

• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers on pricing and material specifications.

• Review drawings and highlight discrepancies that may affect costing.

• Support tender evaluation and comparison where needed.

• Monitor project progress for variations and update cost impacts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.

• Experience in interior design, renovation, or fit-out projects is preferred.

• Able to perform taking-off accurately from architectural and ID drawings.

• Strong understanding of tendering procedures, costing, and measurement work.

• Good attention to detail and numerical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet submission deadlines.
