Quantity Surveyor

- Monday to Saturday - 5.5 days

- Working hours: 0830-1830 (Mon-Fri), 0830-1230 (Sat)

Responsibilities

- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects

- Prepare tender submission

- Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors

- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner

- Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors

Requirement

- Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering

- Relevant working experience in Construction Sector in Singapore

- Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor

- Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends

- Independent with excellent problem solving skills, detailed and a good team player

- Singaporean/Singapore PR/Malaysian preferred

- Salary range is based on working expereince in Singapore
