To provide the usual tender reports - Monthly tender summary list, weekly tender list including submission date, LTA/Commercial tracking list, Tender succession in term of number and value over total monthly tendered - etc..
To collate all tender BQ (New and existing) and formulate into levels of the building with different fire services in preparation for bulk order of material and equipment.
To obtain equipment prices on tank, pumps, control valves, sprinkler heads, valves, hydrants, HR, FE, EST ....etc on project tender.
To liaise wih purchasing on the usual price bought for equipment/material on projects and to determine is it worthwhile to negotiate with supplers to fix prices for the next 6 months on the usual bought material.
To assist in project handover to PIC.
To assist to provide new project references in ERP system.
To assist to determine and collate all sources of enquiries of tenders.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction industry.
Candidates with LTA project experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software.
Meticulous and details oriented.
Ability to work with tight deadlines.
Show independency ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks.
