Reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements.
- Preparing Bills of Quantities.
- Understanding tender/contract document/specifications/terms of contract.
- Analyzing quotations/prices/rates, build-up rates and perform pricing.
- Preparing variation claims/project payment claims
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Any other assigned job as assigned.
- Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Construction Sector
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
