Duties and Responsibilities:
. Reporting to Contracts Manager
. Prepare tender submission handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
. Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
. Measurement, Pricing and Cost Estimation
. Able to provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.
. Able to communicate with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issues.
. Prepare and submit monthly payment claim to client.
Requirements:
. Minimum 5 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification.
. Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects.
. Including at least 3 years of experience in LTA's project
. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
. Proficiency in MS Office
