What You'll Do
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of the project scope
- Develop accurate cost estimates and detailed analysis for various construction projects
- Measure quantities, compile Bills of Quantities (BQ), and coordinate with suppliers to call for quotations for tender submissions
- Prepare comprehensive tender packages, including pre-qualification documents, clarifications, evaluations, and reports, while providing insightful analysis and recommendations
- Exposure to site showrounds to gain a better understanding of project requirements
Profiles we are looking for:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or tendering (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply!)
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a passion for cost management and project analysis
- Quick learner and willingness in exploring new skill sets/technologies
