Job Scope - Quantity Surveyor cum Tender Executive

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender submissions.
• Evaluate quotations, conduct cost analysis, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Review contract terms and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in tender documentation, pricing, and submission within deadlines.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients on commercial and contractual matters.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, correspondences, and financial reports.
• Perform other QS or tender-related duties as assigned by management.
