Responsibilities:
- Plan, cost, and supervise renovation, fit-out, and maintenance works for dessert outlets
- Prepare cost estimation, quotation, tender documents, and material take-off
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and mall management to ensure timely project completion
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets, progress reports, and documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, or interior fit-out projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and cost estimation software
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multiple projects independently
