Sunscreen Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor as works similar as Sales Support with handling sub-contractor job.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare submission of tender documents, review, and negotiable
- Ability to prepare quotations for our company own product to main-con/ direct owner
- Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
- Technical drawing, final check and submission
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner submission
- Assist to manage Director's client / company direct client
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Architectural, Building Construction, Landscaping Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably within the industry (custruction sub-con)
- Taking care for the quantity surveying related duties (our products: Manual Blind, Motorised Blind & Awning)
- Independent, resourceful, willing to learn and organized with positive work attitude
